Comté cheese is a cow’s milk unpasteurized cheese from the French-Comté region. This is aged in-house for four years. The method for making Comté has not changed for the last thousand years. It comes from the French Jura Mountains famous its crisp clean air and lush pastures. The addition of ANY colours or additives is strictly prohibited. Twenty limited edition wheels have been produced for Cheese Boutique by Chevalier Charles Arnaud.
